I didn’t receive one of my ordered item and contacted Passion Planner. They got back to me within 48hrs and resolve the issue. I’m happy and satisfied with they way they handle my problem!

Due to a narrow timeframe in which my postal office is open, my order was shipped back to the U.S., and the customer support was very quick to answer my mail and send my Passion Planner to Germany again without further payment.

I had a wonderful experience with Rue. I know that the times are crazy with Covid and expected a lag time in response. Rue was professional and apologetic because of the delay I was asking about. I had an issue with downloading my digital planner and Clint was very helpful in response. I had accessed the link through my phone without downloading the daily planner. I noticed one of my uses/downloads disappeared when I accessed the link to download to my computer/cloud. Clint replied to my email, was very professional, and was able to restore it. He even provided tips on how to use the digital planner. I’ve been using the hard copy of the annual Passion Planner for the past 6 years and this is my first daily and digital download. This is my second year using the Passion Planner and when I received my order, it was missing the tabs I had ordered. I contacted Support via email and Clint resolved the issue very quickly.
